Former Ravens wide receiver Torrey Smith cashed in with the San Francisco 49ers on a five-year, $40 million contract that included $22 million in guaranteed money.
The Baltimore Sun obtained a copy of Smith's contract and here are the full details:
Smith got an $8 million signing bonus to be paid this year. His contract includes base salaries of $750,000 in 2015, $4.5 million in 2016, $6.5 million in 2017, $6.5 million in 2018 and $6.5 million in 2019.
The former Maryland standout would receive bonuses of $750,000 in 2015 and $1 million in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019 if he works out a certain percentage of time at the team's facility.
The deal includes a $750,000 injury protection in 2015, $4.5 million in 2016, $6.5 million in 2017 and $2.25 million guaranteed in 2018.
The $750,000 base salary for 2015 is fully guaranteed at signing. All of the other guarantees become fully guaranteed if he's on the roster on April 1 of each year.
The deal includes $12,500 per-game active roster bonuses each year of the deal.
