The San Antonio Spurs didn't seem to have any concerns about the injuries to point guard Tony Parker and center Tiago Splitter, saying both will play in Game 2 of the Western Conference first-round playoff series against the Clippers on Wednesday night at Staples Center.
Parker suffered a twisted left ankle and bruised left thigh in Game 1. He practiced Tuesday with the Spurs at Santa Monica High.
Splitter, who has been dealing with a right calf injury, also practiced.
"Tony is fine," Spurs Coach Gregg Popovich said.
Splitter started and played just 10 minutes in Game 1, five in the first quarter and five more in the third.
