The horse racing at the Maryland State Fair on Sunday will start at noon to accommodate a sellout performance by pop star Justin Bieber at 7 p.m. on the Timonium racetrack infield.

The Bieber concert sold out in minutes when tickets were first made available. The entrance to the infield and the concert stage will not open to ticket holders until after the final race of the afternoon, which is set for 3:34 p.m.

Monday's closing day card starts at 1:05 p.m. with 10 races.
