Selections: No. 5 Lake Creek, No. 8 Alfredo Romana, No. 6 Proper Freud
The 8-year-old Lake Creek has won six of his last seven races. Alfredo Romana is always in the money, with six wins, three seconds and one third in his last 10 starts. Proper Freud had a sharp win last time out for new barn.
Race 2, 1 p.m.
Selections: No. 9 Chapel of Chimes, No. 6 Sweet on Smokey, No. 8 A Place to Shine
Chapel of Chimes is a win machine and she crushed all rivals last time out in Maryland Million Starter. Sweet On Smokey is a stakes winner here at Laurel Park. A Place to Shine gets the blinkers taken off today and Trevor McCarthy riding.
Race 3, 1:30 p.m.
Selections: No. 1 Emelina, No. 4 Seeking Treasure, No. 10 Seeing'n'believing
Emelina just ran her lifetime best last time out when she wired Allowance company here at Laurel. Seeking Treasure's last win came in the Dahlia Stakes at Laurel last April. Seeing'n'believing won last out and is getting good at just the right time.
Race 4, 2 p.m.
Selections: No. 13 Dancing Luce (price play), No. 6 Spectacular Me, No. 10 Shaboom
Dancing Lucy is in top form right now for a new barn and should get a nice trip stalking from the outside with Victor Carrasco aboard. Spectacular Me was a strong second last time out against tough Allowance company at Belmont. Shaboom had a strong rally last time out to beat open $25,000 claimers at Laurel.
Race 5, 2:30 p.m.
Selections: No. 8 It Behooves Me, No. 3 Fire Mission, No. 9 Stand and Salute
It Behooves Me runs first off the claim for a barn who is 23 percent with that move. Fire Mission was a strong third last out vs. open $32,000 claimers at Keeneland. Stand and Salute should show speed from his outside post position.
Race 6, 3 p.m.
Selections: No. 10 Triple Burner (best bet), No. 2 Rapscallion, No. 3 The Imposter
Triple Burner beat a tough upper-level Allowance field last time out and is 9-for-12 in the money with 5 wins on the turf at Laurel Park. Rapscallion will have to navigate a trip closing from the inside. The Imposter had a sharp win two back, earning him a strong number.
Race 7, 3:30 p.m.
Selections: No. 5 John Jones, No. 3 Golden Glint, No. 4 U.S.S. Boxer
John Jones has been in freaky good form for his new barn with three straight wins and five overall at Laurel Park. Golden Glint is a five-time winner at Laurel Park who has had some nice works in the morning coming into this race. U. S. S. Boxer has been hanging around against Allowance foes in N.Y.

Selections: No. 4 My Enigman, No. 11 Andalusite, No. 5 I.C. Lightning
My Enigma was the beaten favorite last time out but he is a two-time winner here. Andalusite has won two of his last three for strong turf outfit. I. C. Lightning won last time out going wire to wire against open $25,000 claimers at Laurel.
Race 9, 4:30 p.m.
Selections: No. 2 Twocubanbrothersu, No. 6 No Brakes, No. 3 Magic Harbor
Twocubanbrothersu has won 11 times since the beginning of last year and is a perfect 2-for-2 here at Laurel. No Brakes is a popular 11-year-old Maryland-bred who won his 11th race & 22nd lifetime win last time out here at Laurel. Magic Harbor has been right there against Starter Allowance foes his last four races.
