McCormick's grand slam lifts Glen Burnie past Arundel

Batting cage

Brooke McCormick belted a grand slam in the top of the seventh inning to power Glen Burnie to a come-from-behind 7-4 victory against host Arundel in softball on Thursday.

Hannah Eslick and Shaianne Turner each belted home runs for the Gophers, who trailed 4-3 going into the final inning. Cheyenne Starr knocked in a pair of runs and Katie Rosati homered for the Wildcats.
