Kinsey Johnson

River Hill, third baseman, senior

•Broke eight school single-season season hitting records (most at-bats, most runs, most hits, most doubles, most home runs, most RBIs, highest batting average and highest on-base percentage)

•Will play at Virginia Tech next season

•Said coach Marni Rosenbaum: "In the field, she made some incredible plays."

Hannah Lewis

Perry Hall, outfielder, junior

•Batted .533 and hit four home runs

•Finished with four triples, 31 runs, 27 RBIs and 13 walks

•Committed one error in the field over the past two seasons as starter

•Said coach Brian Radcliffe: "She is the best player I have coached in my 20 years."

Ashley Prince

Northeast, first baseman, senior

•Broke state record for career triples (24)

•Batted .473, with 22 RBIs, and struck out once in 58 plate appearances

•Selected Anne Arundel All-County in 2013, 2014 and 2015

•Said coach Joe Hart: "Without a doubt one of, if not the, best hitter in AA County."

Brooke Samios-Uy

Eastern Tech, shortstop, senior

•Broke school records for career batting average (.569), doubles (26) and hits (140)

•Had 11 doubles, three triples and seven homers

•Batted .652, with 47 hits and 33 RBIs

•Said coach Jack Meyers: "She is the best player that I have coached in my high school coaching years."

Haley Simonds

Severna Park, pitcher, junior

•Went 16-4, with a 1.91 ERA over 1202/3 innings

•Struck out 129 batters and walked just 34

•Batted .508, with six homers and 25 RBIs

•Said coach Meredith McAlister: "She's a standout, no doubt about it."

Ally Thompson

Broadneck, pitcher, sophomore

•Threw a no-hitter against Chesapeake-Anne Arundel and a one-hitter against North County

•Finished with an 11-6 record, including wins over Arundel, North County and Northeast

•Had a fielding percentage of .978

•Said coach Deanna Romeo-Hamilton: "Ally is a huge reason for Broadneck's success this year, as her dominant pitching kept us in a lot of games."

Lexi Trail

Liberty, pitcher, sophomore

•Went 15-3, with a 1.27 ERA; opponents batted just .168 against her

•Finished with 190 strikeouts, averaging 11 per game

•Batted .429 and had a .438 on-base percentage

•Had a perfect fielding percentage and 18 assists

Caroline Weimer

C. Milton Wright, first baseman, senior

•Batted .477 and had 38 RBIs, second most in school history for a season

•Also scored 22 runs, accounting for 60 of the Mustangs' 200 runs

•Had most extra-base hits in school history, finishing with school-record 16 doubles and two homers

•School's all-time leader in RBIs with 92
