The junior won three events and was named the female Most Valuable Performer at Saturday's Bishop McNamara Mustang Invitational track and field meet.
Alabi ran the fastest time in Maryland this spring in winning the 400-meter hurdles in 1 minute, 3.3 seconds — the 10th-fastest time in the nation this season by a high school girl according to DyeStat.com. She also won the 200-meter dash (24.8 seconds) and the 100-meter hurdles (14.65 seconds) and finished seventh in the long jump (15 feet, 11 inches) to help the Millers score 67 points and finish second to Elizabeth Seton's 70. Alabi's 32 points outscored 19 of the 30 teams in the meet.
An All-Metro selection in indoor track, Alabi has a 3.75 GPA. She is drawing interest from college programs such as UMBC, George Mason and Michigan State.
