Twenty-one high school football seniors made the Maryland team that will play the Pennsylvania team in the 61st annual Big 33 Football Classic in June.
Big 33 officials announced the 38-player roster Thursday for the game, which will be played June 16 at Central Dauphin High School in Harrisburg, Pa. Local players represent the Maryland Interscholastic Athletic Association as well as Baltimore City, Baltimore County and Howard County.
Milford Mill’s Reggie White will coach Team Maryland, aiming to improve on the 1-4 series record since the rivalry resumed after a 20-year hiatus. Team Maryland fell, 44-33, last season and its only win came in 2014.
