Jacobs, who earned second-team All-Metro honors as an Eagles wide receiver this fall, projects as a linebacker in college. The 6-foot-2, 220-pound Jacobs is rated a four-star recruit and the No. 159 prospect overall in the Class of 2020 by 247Sports.com. He had offers from Maryland, Nebraska, Florida, Notre Dame and Wisconsin, among others.
