The 6-foot-5 senior shooting guard, who transferred from St. Frances, dominated the Oakland Mills Holiday Tournament over the weekend to lead the home team to the championship. In Friday's opener, Robinson had 28 points and 12 rebounds in the No. 9 Scorpions' 74-65 win over then-No. 9 Dulaney. In Saturday's championship game against McDonogh, he finished with another double double (32 points, 10 rebounds), hitting 16 of 18 free throws in a 78-65 overtime win. Robinson was named the tournament's Most Valuable Player. Oakland Mills is 6-2 on the season, and Robinson has brought a versatile game to go with leadership as a captain. He's averaging 24.6 points, 7.5 rebounds, 2.5 steals and 1.8 assists.
