The 6-foot-6 senior forward had double doubles in two wins last week that led the Lions to Monday's Class 4A North region final. Last Wednesday, Williams finished with 24 points and 11 rebounds in a 78-64 win over Kenwood in the section I semifinals. On Saturday, he had 22 points and 12 rebounds in the Lions' 63-62 overtime win over Catonsville in the section final. Williams, who transferred from Park School, averaged 14 points and nine rebounds per game this season. The Lions lost to Springbrook, 69-45, in Monday's region final and finished the season 18-15.
