» Leader of a Generals team that advanced to the Class 3A state semifinals

» Powered the Towson offense with 216 kills, while providing 121 digs and 72 aces

» Will attend Adelphi next season and play volleyball

St. Paul’s, middle hitter, senior

» Was named to IAAM All-Conference team by league coaches after leading an overachieving Gators team to the A Conference final

» Will attend Ithaca College next season, and play volleyball

» Led the Lions defense with 247 digs

» Second on the team with 44 assists

Ali Whitworth

Liberty, setter, sophomore

» Quarterback of the Lions offense

» Led Liberty with 510 assists while contributing 61 kills, a high number for a setter

» Had a .901 serving percentage with 44 aces

For All-Metro Coach of the Year Ed Benish, a trip to the Class 3A State championship for his Westminster volleyball team was a nice surprise, but it wasn’t the main goal.
