No. 4 Franklin 47, No. 15 Milford Mill 24: Darius Hinton had 20 carries for 244 yards and three touchdowns to power the host Indians (10-1) past the Millers (9-2) in Class 3A North.
Franklin broke open a 12-8 halftime lead by scoring 28 unanswered points in the third quarter.
No. 5 Arundel 35, North Point 29: Larry Barnes rushed for 221 yards and three touchdowns while the Wildcats scored 14 points off turnovers in a game they never trailed, defeating the Eagles from Charles County in a Class 4A East Region semifinal.
Arundel (10-1) will host Old Mill for the region championship Friday. The Wildcats won their regular season matchup in Week 2, but the Patriots have won nine straight since.
Isiah Olugbemi had two sacks for Arundel, which led 14-0 after Barnes' first two touches, scoring runs of 39 and 75 yards. Seven first-half penalties for 65 yards, and multiple stalled drives in North Point territory, allowed the Eagles to stay within range at halftime, trailing 21-5.

No. 7 Howard 28, Perry Hall 7: Senior Christian Dargan caught a 76-yard touchdown pass on the first play from scrimmage and added a 62-yard touchdown catch on a pass from senior quarterback Kevin Sheahin in the second half to lead top-seeded Howard (11-0) to a victory over fourth-seeded Perry Hall (7-4) in the Class 4A North Region semifinals.
Senior Najee Savage (29 carries, 157 yards) added a short touchdown run and junior Malik Anderson scooped up a fumble from Savage and cruised in from 12 yards out for the other touchdown.
Howard will host Paint Branch at 7 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 21.

North Carroll 17, Allegany 14: Zack Sherman caught a pair of fourth-quarter touchdown passes from Jack Flowers, including the game-winner with 41 seconds remaining, to cap an improbable comeback victory as North Carroll beat Alleganyin a Class 1A West Region semifinal Friday night.
It was the first home playoff game in the more than four-decade history of the North Carroll program.
North Carroll faces top-seeded Fort Hill next week in a rematch of last year's 1A West final.

Liberty 37, Poolesville 7: Liberty earned the first playoff win in the history of a program that dates to 1980, routing host Poolesvillein the Class 2A West semifinals.
Ryan Scheufele scored four touchdowns for the third-seeded Lions (8-3), who will host fourth-seeded South Carroll in an all-Carroll County regional final.
The Falcons (7-4) scored their only touchdown on a kickoff return.

South Carroll 35, Oakdale 12: South Carroll forced five turnovers and got three rushing touchdowns from record-setting running back Chris Gavin as the fourth-seeded Cavaliers upset No. 1-seeded host Oakdalein the Class 2A West semifinals .
Gavin finished with more than 200 yards rushing to pass the Carroll County season record of 1,819 yards set by Liberty's Calvin Stacey in 1998. Gavin's first TD was a 40-yard run that put the Cavaliers ahead 14-0 midway through the first quarter. The Bears (8-3) never really recovered.
SC quarterback Andrew Louder was efficient for the Cavaliers (8-3), completing eight of 10 passes for 149 yards and two touchdowns. Louder also ran for 54 yards.
South Carroll will travel to third-seeded Liberty next week for the region final.
