Franklin 49, Towson 47: Larry Smith (16 points) drove to the basket with 5.3 seconds left and made the game-winning layup as time expired to lift the visiting Indians (8-8) over the Generals (7-10).
No. 3 Mount Saint Joseph 60, Loyola Blakefield 52: Jalen Smith scored 27 points (19-22 from the line) and the visiting Gaels (23-3, 13-1 MIAA A Conference) went 33-36 from the line to 1-for-2 for the Dons (12-11, 6-7).
Loyola's JJ Halaby led all scorers with 28 points.
No. 4 Dunbar 58, Patterson 55: Dashawn Phillips scored 25 points and the visiting Poets (17-0) won a come-from-behind victory over the Clippers (4-10).
No. 10 Lake Clifton 72, Douglass 53: Michael Gray scored 26 points to lead the visiting Lakers (15-3) past the Ducks.
Gerstell Academy 80, St. John's Catholic Prep 62: Colin Rimel scored a game-high 22 points and a second-half surge carried the visiting Falcons (13-10, 9-1 MIAA B Conference) won their 12 straight, beating the Vikings (9-11, 4-7).
C. Milton Wright 53, Fallston 48: The visiting Mustangs (13-4) built a 25-20 halftime lead before trading points with the Cougars (7-9) in the second half.
