The No. 2 Digital Harbor girls basketball team trailed in the first half before switching defenses to beat No. 14 South River, 58-51, on Wednesday.
The Seahawks (9-5) used four 3-pointers to break down the Rams' zone defense and take a 26-23 lead at the half. Digital Harbor (12-1) used man-to-man pressure defense and made eight of nine free throws in the fourth quarter to seal the win. The Rams' A'Lexus Harrison had a game-high 24 points and 24 rebounds. Dominique Hagins led South River with 14 points.
No. 5 Glenelg 51, Reservoir 42: Sam Hesig scored a game-high 24 points to power the host Gladiators (15-0) past the Gators.
No. 9 Roland Park 47, Mercy 28: Daisy Alaeze had a game-high 21 points, and the visiting Reds (11-8) held the Magic to eight points in the first half.
No. 10 St. Vincent Pallotti 49, No.15 Seton Keough 17: Beverly Ogunrinde had 10 points and 10 rebounds, and the visiting Panthers (13-6) held the Gators (8-11) to seven points in the second half. Brook Fields had five points for Seton Keough.
No. 11 Catonsville 57, Towson 27: Deb Milani had 13 points to lead the host Comets (13-2) past the Generals. Catonsville led 34-9 at halftime.

No. 9 Arundel 80, North County 71: David Nicolson had a game-high 20 points to lead four Wildcats in double-digit scoring. Other top scorers for Arundel (13-0) included Anthony Frazier (18), Darien Bryant (12) and Austin Carroll (12). The Knights trailed 40-30 at halftime before making six 3-pointers and cutting the lead to two, but Arundel recovered in the fourth quarter.
No. 12 Glen Burnie 69, Severna Park 43: Brandon Spain scored a game-high 26 points, and the visiting Gophers (14-1) used seven 3-pointers to charge past the Falcons (5-10). Glen Burnie built a 42-30 halftime lead and held Severna Park to 13 points in the second half.
Broadneck 61, Meade 55: The host Bruins (11-4) broke a halftime tie at 25 with a 25-8 run in the third quarter. Brady George led Broadneck with 15 points.
Woodlawn 59, Dulaney 48: Nico Collins scored 24 points and Marlin Ware had 19 to power the host Warriors (12-3) past the Lions.
