Weekly Maryland recruiting roundup

A broken bone in his left hand sidelined Seth Allen in December, and it's apparently looking increasingly likely that the Maryland-bound combo guard's high school career is over. The Washington Post's Josh Barr checked in with the three-star prospect for an update on his recovery.

Allen said he runs six miles nightly on a treadmill at home and that he has been lifting weights with his legs, particularly squats, to try to improve his core strength.
