Something that not many people know about you: "I'm real nervous before every game, so I listen to slow music that calms you down. And I eat ice cream all year round."
Best football moment: "I made a slant catch in my 11th-grade year in overtime against Flowers. I pulled the ball down, it bounced behind the defense and bounced into the air. The defense smacked it and I caught it on the ground for a touchdown."
Role model: "My parents, probably, because they just never stop giving up on me. Late nights with me, school work, coming to all my games. Even at prep school, they tried to make all my games, even though I was like six hours away."
Why Maryland? "It gives me an opportunity to play in front of my friends and family. It's a better education, and it'll be a good chance for me to get my degree."
