Favorite thing about College Park: "The overall atmosphere."
Hobbies: "I just like football and spending time with my family. My dad is really into muscle cars, so I like helping out with that, working on them."
Intended major: Undecided but learning toward business management.
Something that not many people know about you: "I didn't start playing football until seventh grade. I was always too big to make weight, so I didn't play until then. Compared to a lot of my friends, I started a little later."
Best football moment: "The first scholarship offer that I got."
Role model: "Probably my dad. He's guided me along the way, kept me on the straight and narrow path. He keeps me focused and he's always been there for me. My mom and my dad both are great role models for me. They're model citizens. I look up to them because they have always been there for me."
Why Maryland? "Maryland was the best choice for me because I just viewed it as an opportunity. I saw Coach Edsall on my visit and he told me there was an opportunity of possibly playing early because of the linebacker situation. And also I just love Coach Edsall and the whole staff. That's something everybody told me about recruiting – you've got to love the coaches because these are the guys you're going to spend the most time with. I love all the coaches. I just got that feeling that they were the best coaches for me. Also, it's a really good academic school, obviously. They have one of the best business schools, which is what I'm leaning toward going into academically. It's a perfect fit all around for me. It's only two hours from my house and my family can come to all the games. It's just an all-around great fit."
