Connor Smith, a rising junior midfielder for the McDonogh boys soccer team, has been invited to the U.S. under-18 national team camp in Portland, Ore., set to take place Aug. 9-13.
Smith, who also plays for the newly formed Baltimore Celtic Soccer Club, committed to Maryland earlier in the summer.
