After leaving Patterson Mill and then transferring to Sunrise Christian Academy (Kan.) for his senior season, and committing to Colorado State and then decommitting to attend prep school at Brewster Academy (N.H.) this season, East Baltimore native C.J. Keyser on Thursday announced his next move.

"Thank you to my family and coaches for helping me make me college decision but next year I will be a Wichita State Shocker," the 6-foot-3, 185-pound guard tweeted.

Keyser left Baltimore for Sunrise after leading Patterson Mill to the Class 2A state semifinals as a junior. He committed to Colorado State this spring, but opened up his recruitment after deciding to spend a postgraduate year at Brewster.

At Wichita State, Keyser will be reunited with Shockers assistant coach Kyle Lindsted, who coached him at Sunrise last season before accepting a job under Gregg Marshall in June.

Keyser, rated a three-star prospect by ESPN, is expected to sign with Wichita State in November.
