Eight area boys earn US Lacrosse honors

Eight area boys were recognized by US Lacrosse this week, five selected as 2015 US Lacrosse High School All-Americans and three others making the All-Academic Team.

In all, nearly 600 players nationwide were recognized for their efforts on and off the field.

A US Lacrosse All-American is a player who exhibits superior skills and techniques and possesses exceptional game sense and knowledge, while also embodying excellent sportsmanship. The players are selected by local coaches and representatives of the respective nationwide chapters.
