Recent Dulaney grad Scott Harrelson, an All-Metro second-team selection in boys basketball as a senior, has signed to play at Hagerstown Community College.

The 6-foot-4 forward, who also was named Baltimore County's Player of the Year, averaged 23 points, 12 rebounds and three assists for the Lions in his senior year.

"We're very excited to have Scott," Hagerstown first-year coach Matt Ryan said.  "We've had a long history of fine players come in and we think Scott can make an impact right away."

The Hawks, who went 11-16 last season, also signed former Milford Mill guard Josh Fulton this month.
