The Baltimore City vs. Baltimore County All-Star Football Game will kick off Monday at 6 p.m. at Poly. The annual event features most of the top seniors in the city and county. Reginald Lewis's Donte' Foster will coach the city team while Woodlawn's DeVaughn Mellerson will coach the county team.
