No. 7 Johns Hopkins scored the last three goals, including Sara Taylor's game-winner with 4:22 left in overtime, as the Blue Jays won an 11-10, come-from-behind victory over No. 15 Georgetown in women's lacrosse Friday night.

The host Hoyas (3-4) led 10-8 before Dene' DiMartino scored twice at 21:36 and with 41 seconds left in regulation to force overtime for the Blue Jays (10-0).


DiMartino and Taylor each finished with three goals. Hopkins opened with a 4-0 run but fell behind 8-6 at the break.

And Hopkins trailed by a goal for 20minutes in the second half.

State men

Stevenson 8, Nazareth 6: The host Mustangs (7-1) used a 3-0 run in the fourth quarter to pull away from the Golden Flyers (2-4) at their Mustang Classic.

Tony Rossi (Calvert Hall) had four goals for Stevenson.

Troy Haefele scored twice for Nazareth.

Lynchburg10, SUNY Cortland 9, OT: Robert Arnold scored the game-winner with 4.7 seconds left in overtime as the Hornets (5-2) beat the Red Dragons (5-2) in the first game of the Mustang Classic.

After a warning against Lynchburg for stalling, Mike Cantelli scored with three minutes left in regulation to tie the score at 9 for Cortland and force overtime.
