The Greyhounds scored four goals over the final 7 minutes to win. ... Gabby Cha (Mount de Sales) had a hat trick to lead No. 6 Towson (14-2) to a 9-8 victory over host Johns Hopkins (9-7). The Tigers scored twice over the final six minutes of the first half to take the lead for good. ... Ellie Carson had a game-high seven goals to lead No. 15 Dartmouth (11-3) in an 18-7 rout over visiting UMass-Lowell (4-12). The Big Green went on a 12-1 run in the second half of their regular-season finale. ... Courtney Fegan (South River) led Salisbury (16-1, 8-0 Capital Athletic Conference) with a career-high seven goals as the third-ranked Sea Gulls concluded the regular season with a 20-8 victory over St. Mary's. ... McDaniel senior Emily Brownawell (Oldfields) was named the Eastern College Athletic Conference Division III South Offensive Player of the Week.

Men's college track and field: Mount St. Mary's Christopher Gabor and D.J. Workcuff finished in second and third place, respectively, in the Penn Relays decathlon at Franklin Field. Gabor finished the two-day event with 6,503 points while Workcuff had 6,454.

Women's college track and field: Salisbury sophomore Kyleigh Dumas was named the ECAC Division III South Field Athlete of the Week.

Women's college golf: Towson junior Alix Lowe was selected to the All-Colonial Athletic Association second team. ... Maryland sophomore Xiaolin Tian earned her first NCAA Regionals bid as an individual. Tian will compete in the Austin Region at the University of Texas Golf Club in Austin starting May 7.

More outdoors: Great Outdoors Maryland, a celebration of the 150th anniversary of the Maryland Natural Resources Police, will be held May 12 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Sandy Point State Park, 1100 E. College Parkway, Annapolis. Admission is free. There will be K-9 demonstrations, boating and hunting safety displays, boat-building activity for kids, conservation groups, police patrol boats from around the region and the Natural 1 helicopter.
