College lacrosse roundup (April 3): Ethan Christensen's scored boosts Stevenson to overtime men's lacrosse win

Ethan Christensen scored the game-winner with 3:35 left in the second overtime to lift Stevenson 13-12 over visiting Stevens on Tuesday night in men's lacrosse.

The Mustangs (4-5) trailed the Ducks (9-2), 12-9, before going on a 3-0 run over the final 4:37 of regulation. JT Thelen scored twice and Kyle Karsian had the game-tying goal with 19 seconds left.


Stevens is the No. 13-ranked team in Division III.

No. 1 Stony Brook 19, Cornell 4:Ally Kennedy and Courtney Murphy each scored five goals and the host Seawolves (10-0) won a commanding decision over the Big Red (6-4).

Stony Brook used two 5-0 runs in the first half to help build a halftime lead of 14-3.

No. 20 Notre Dame 14, Michigan 8: Jessi Masinko scored four goals to lead the host Fighting Irish (7-6) past the Wolverines (5-8). Notre Dame led 11-5 at the half.
