Women's lacrosse Player of the Week (March 26): Alyssa Fleming, Stony Brook

In one of the biggest upsets of the season, Fleming led a defense that held then-No. 7 Florida to its second-lowest scoring output this spring in a 12-11 Seawolves victory. The win catapulted the Seawolves (8-0) to No. 8, their first Top 10 ranking in program history. Fleming, who has 11 caused turnovers, also helped hold America East Conference foe New Hampshire to its lowest output of the season in a 13-4 win. New Hampshire managed just 10 shots against a Seawolves defense that has held seven opponents under seven goals and allows just 5.25 goals per game.
