No. 3 Maryland (12-2 overall and 5-0 in the Big Ten) earned the top seed and will meet No. 19 Penn State (6-8, 2-3) in one semifinal on Thursday at 5:30 p.m. at Homewood Field in Baltimore. The Terps nipped the Nittany Lions, 11-10, in overtime on April 10.
No. 8 Johns Hopkins (8-5, 3-2) is the No. 3 seed and will tangle with No. 16 Rutgers (10-4, 3-2) in Thursday's second semifinal at 8 p.m. The Scarlet Knights blasted the Blue Jays, 16-9, on April 2.
The Big Ten tournament final is set for Saturday at 6 p.m.
No. 13 Towson (12-2, 4-1 in the CAA) captured the top seed and will clash with Drexel (6-8, 2-3) in the first semifinal on Thursday at 4 p.m. at Johnny Unitas Stadium in Towson. The Tigers defeated the Dragons, 11-7, on April 2.
The second semifinal at 7 p.m. will feature No. 2 seed Fairfield (8-7, 4-1) and No. 3 seed Hofstra (9-5, 3-2). The Stags edged the Pride, 9-8, on April 2.
The CAA tournament final is scheduled for Saturday at 1 p.m.
