Series: Norfolk State leads 19-10.

What’s at stake: A victory would mark the first two-win season for the Bears since 2005; a loss would leave them 1-10, a finish not seen since 2000. Morgan State has lost four in a row; Norfolk State is on a three-game slide. But the Spartans have won 10 straight games in this series.

Key matchup: Rico Kennedy, the Bears’ go-to sophomore linebacker, leads the team in tackles (65), ranks second in the MEAC in sacks (7.5) and could make it tough for the Spartans’ troubled offense.

Player to watch: Norfolk State running back Aaron Savage (Dunbar), a junior who has rushed for 351 yards, with 12 receptions.
