What’s at stake: More than half a century has passed since these schools first met (1963 and 1965) in the Orange Blossom Classic, then the unofficial black national championship game. Times change. Now, both teams are struggling to stay out of the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference cellar. Last week, Morgan State gained 508 yards but still lost, 39-14 at Howard. Florida A&M has dropped four in a row.

Key matchup: Officials vs. players. Get ready for the whistles, folks. Last week, the Bears were flagged 10 times for 137 yards. The Rattlers were penalized 15 times (13 in the second half) for 142 yards.

Players to watch: Morgan State’s running game, led by Eric Harrell and Herb Walker Jr., seems to have found its footing. In the past two games, the Bears have rushed for more than 200 yards after failing to break 100 yards in their first five outings.
