What's at stake: The Bears hit the road once again -- their third of four straight games away from Hughes Stadium to start the year -- in search of their first victory. Morgan State, which has an eight-game losing streak dating back to last season, has been penalized 20 times for 73 yards in its first two games.

Key matchup: Morgan State senior cornerback Joe Rankin, a preseason All-Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference second-team pick, will look to shut down Flames sophomore wide receiver Darrin Peterson. Rankin, who tied for first in the MEAC with five interceptions last season, had an interception and four tackles (two solo) last week against Robert Morris. Peterson ranks eighth in the Football Championship Subdivision with 230 receiving yards, including 124 yards and two touchdowns last week against Monmouth.

Player to watch: Bears redshirt freshman Moses Skillon made his debut last week against Robert Morris, completing 9 of 18 passes for 207 yards and two touchdowns. Skillon played better than starter Robert Council, a redshirt junior, and backup Seth Higgins (Edgewood), a junior against the Colonials. Morgan State coach Donald Hill-Eley said earlier this week that he plans to use the two quarterbacks who give the Bears the best chance to win.
