What's at stake: Both teams won last week and are aiming to finish the season with a winning streak for some momentum heading into the offseason. William & Mary is coming off a 14-9 victory at Stony Brook, then ranked No. 25 in the Football Championship Subdivision, and has a chance to finish the season above .500. Towson will honor its 22 seniors prior to the game.
Key matchup: Shane Simpson, Towson's redshirt freshman who rushed for a career-high 187 yards on 21 carries and had a career-best 271 all-purpose yards vs. Elon last week, against the Tribe defense. William & Mary's defense hasn't allowed a point in the past six quarters.
Player to watch: Towson quarterback Morgan Mahalak. Mahalak returned from injury last week and was 12 of 24 passing for 148 yards and two touchdowns. It was his first game since Sept. 10.
