Numerous Maryland natives played in bowl games, contributing for various teams across the country.

Penn State freshman safety Marcus Allen (Wise): Allen had six tackles in Penn State's 31-30 overtime win over Boston College in the Pinstripe Bowl on Dec. 27.

Penn State senior safety Adrian Amos (Calvert Hall): Amos had seven tackles in Penn State's win over Boston College in the Pinstripe Bowl.

Maryland junior wide receiver Stefon Diggs (Good Counsel): Diggs had 10 catches for 138 yards in Maryland's 45-21 loss to Stanford in the Foster Farms Bowl on Dec. 30.

Virginia Tech sophomore cornerback Kendall Fuller (Good Counsel): Fuller had four tackles and an interception in Virginia Tech's 33-17 win over Cincinnati in the Military Bowl on Dec. 27.

Oklahoma State senior linebacker Josh Furman (Old Mill): Furman had six tackles, two tackles for a loss and a sack in Oklahoma State's 30-22 win over Washington in the Cactus Bowl on Jan. 2.

Maryland senior inside linebacker L.A. Goree (C.H. Flowers): Goree had eight tackles in Maryland's loss to Stanford in the Foster Farms Bowl.

Pittsburgh sophomore running back Rachid Ibrahim (Avalon): Ibrahim had 42 yards on five carries and two catches for 22 yards in Pittsburgh's 35-34 loss to Houston in the Armed Forces Bowl on Jan. 2.

Alabama junior cornerback Cyrus Jones (Gilman): Jones had two tackles, four pass breakups and an interception that he returned 32 yards in Alabama's 42-35 loss to Ohio State in the Sugar Bowl on Jan. 1.

Iowa junior defensive back Jordan Lomax (DeMatha): Lomax had eight tackles in Iowa's 42-28 loss to Tennessee in the TaxSlayer Bowl on Jan. 2.

Toledo sophomore defensive back Jordan Martin (Bishop McNamara): Martin had three tackles, a sack, a forced fumble and two pass breakups in Toledo's 63-44 win over Arkansas State in the GoDaddy Bowl on Jan. 4.

Marshall redshirt freshman wide receiver Deon-Tay McManus (Dunbar): McManus had two catches for 47 yards and a touchdown in Marshall's 52-23 win over Northern Illinois in the Boca Raton Bowl on Dec. 23.

Virginia Tech junior cornerback Donovan Riley (Poly): Riley had four tackles in Virginia Tech's win over Cincinnati in the Military Bowl.

Georgia Tech sophomore defensive end Roderick Rook-Chungong (Good Counsel): Rook-Chungong had three tackles, a sack and a fumble recovery in Georgia Tech's 49-34 win over Mississippi State in the Orange Bowl on Dec. 31.

Rutgers senior defensive back Lorenzo Waters (DeMatha): Waters had 14 tackles, two fumble recoveries and a blocked kick in Rutgers' 40-21 win over North Carolina in the Quick Lane Bowl on Dec. 26.

Penn State sophomore cornerback Trevor Williams (Calvert Hall): Williams had three tackles and a pass breakup in Penn State's win over Boston College in the Pinstripe Bowl.
