Rob Pannell, Cornell

Junior, Smithtown, N.Y., attackman

Pannell had six goals and six assists in two Big Red wins last week. He compiled four goals and four assists in No.8 Cornell's 17-9 rout of No.11 Stony Brook on Tuesday. Four days later, Pannell posted two goals and two assists in the team's 13-12 overtime win against then-No.18 Penn. The team leader in goals (21) and assists (23), Pannell leads DivisionI in points per game with 5.5.

Grace Gavin, Loyola

Senior, Baltimore, attack

The reigning Big East Offensive Player of the Year had 15 points, including 10 goals, to lead the No. 4 Greyhounds to two victories last week. She had four goals and three assists in a 15-8 win at UMBC and six goals and two assists in a 20-10 triumph over Denver. Gavin, a St. Paul's graduate, has 31 goals and nine assists this season. She ranks third on the all-time Loyola career points list with 253 and has at least one point in 56 straight games.
