Scouting report: Morgan State at Florida A&M

What's at stake: The Bears and Rattlers meet for the 22nd time in a series that dates to 1943. Morgan State has won back-to-back games for the first time this season after last week's 34-24 victory over Delaware State. Florida A&M also rides a two-game win streak into Saturday's contest after knocking off Norfolk State last week, 17-13.

Key matchup: Rattlers senior RB Phil Sylvester has rushed for 391 yards this season and averages 5.7 yards per carry. He rushed for a touchdown and 130 yards on 23 carries against Norfolk State. Bears sophomore LB Allen Stephens ranks seventh in the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference with 56 tackles and averages eight per game.

Players to watch: Morgan freshman QB Delonte Williams was named the MEAC Rookie of the Week after he completed 11 of 18 passes for 167 yards with two touchdowns and accounted for 236 of Morgan's 382 total yards. Bears junior Lawrence Brewer was named MEAC Offensive Lineman of the Week after making four pancake blocks and leading a Morgan line that did not allow a sack against Delaware State. Florida A&M sophomore QB Martin Ukpai ranks fifth in the MEAC in total offense with 959 yards, averaging 137.
