Orioles to hold four summer instructional camps The Orioles will host four baseball camps this summer for boys and girls ages 7-16 of all skill levels. Professional baseball instructors will teach participants the fundamentals of the game, and campers will get to meet one current Oriole and one former Oriole each week. The players will work on drills with campers, participate in a Q&A; session and sign autographs. One day of camp each week will be held at Camden Yards. Each camp costs $325 per child and runs from 9a.m. to 3 p.m. Lunch and an afternoon snack will be provided each day, and each camper will receive an Orioles T-shirt and membership to the Junior Orioles Dugout Club, which includes free admission to several Orioles games this summer. The dates and locations of the four camps are as follows: June 21-25, Carroll County Sports Complex in Westminster; July 19-22, Memorial Park Complex in York, Pa.; Aug. 2-6, Overlea High School in Baltimore; and Aug. 16-20, Kiwanis Wallas Park in Ellicott City. Orioles outfielder Adam Jones will be the featured current player for the June 21-25 camp.
