Harford CC men to face BCCC for XX hoops title

Third-seeded Harford Community College will face top-seeded Baltimore City Community College at 7 p.m. Monday in the National Junior College Athletic Association Region XX championship game at Hagerstown Community College. Harford reached its first regional final by beating Hagerstown, 86-74, on Friday night behind 24 points from Brandon Spain (Glen Burnie) and 22 each from Exzavier Cooper and Jon Warren. BCCC beat Allegany, 86-64.

Men's college indoor track and field: Navy senior Tom Buffone was named the Patriot League Scholar-Athlete of the Year in his sport.
