Football By The Numbers for Week 5

We've reached the midpoint of the regular season in high school football and offenses are in high grear, just rolling up the points -- as many as 109 in No. 3 Gilman's 69-40 win over No. 13 Archbishop Spalding.

The Sun's Top 15 averaged 36.6 points this week with six of them scoring 40 or more points. But there were some close games around the area too, so here's a look at some of the statistics that stood out -- high and low -- from Week 5.
