The 6-foot-5 senior forward led the No. 3 Millers to their second straight Class 3A state championship this weekend, highlighted by Saturday's 56-44 win over Centennial in the title game at the University of Maryland's Comcast Center. Hanner scored nine of the team's first 13 points and finished the game with 17 points and 19 rebounds — his second straight double double. In the Millers' 58-37 semifinal win over Friendly, he scored 12 points and added 12 rebounds and five blocks. For the season, his third on varsity, Hanner averaged 10.5 points, 7.5 rebounds and 2.5 blocks.
