The senior running back rushed for 190 yards on 10 carries and scored four touchdowns in Friday's 34-32 win over Howard, the Lightning's fiercest rival. Rhoden averaged 64.8 yards on his four touchdowns -- three rushing and one on a 75-yard kickoff return. That kickoff return gave the Lightning (4-5) a 34-19 lead early in the third quarter. He also ran in two 2-point conversions. On defense, he had nine tackles at strong safety. A team captain who also plays basketball and runs track for the Lightning, Rhoden has a 3.2 grade-point average and is being recruited by Delaware.
