Head coaching experience
Three years (2008-2010) at Harvard. In 2009, he guided the Crimson to eight wins, the most in program history since 2002.
Assistant coaching experience
12 years (1996-2007) at Navy, including the final six as assistant head coach. As the offensive coordinator, he helped the Midshipmen advance to four consecutive NCAA tournaments from 2004 to 2007.
Four years (1992-95) at Ithaca; made NCAA Division III semifinals in 1992.
Playing experience
Began his career as a goalkeeper under legendary coach Richie Moran at Cornell but ended it in 1991 having played every position but attack.
Played three years for the Baltimore Thunder of the National Lacrosse League and one year for the Washington Power.
Captured five straight Southern Division championships with the Toyota Lacrosse Club and made four appearances in the finals, including winning the world championship in 2000.
