Free-agent forward Joey Dorsey (Douglass), who was waived by the Sacramento Kings last week, has signed a contract with the Toronto Raptors through the remainder of the season. The former Memphis star has averaged 1.3 points, 2.4 rebounds and 6.3 minutes in 18 games with the Houston Rockets and Sacramento. As a member of the Kings, he grabbed a career-high 12 rebounds Feb. 5 at Memphis.
