Ryan Corn started two rallies as the visiting No. 4 C. Milton Wright baseball team beat No. 5 Cardinal Gibbons, 7-6, Wednesday.
With C.M. Wright (1-0) trailing 1-0, Corn singled to start a four-run rally in the fourth inning for a 4-1 lead. And in the sixth inning, he hit a line-drive single up the middle to score two runs and came home on a double by Andrew Gilley.
No. 8 Bel Air 6, Patterson Mill 2: Winner Zach Nadolny went seven innings, gave up one run and two walks and struck out seven for the visiting Bobcats (1-0). Nadolny also doubled and walked twice.
No. 13 Fallston 3, Lansdowne 2: The Cougars (1-0) relied on five pitchers to strike out 13 and Chris Jackson singled in two runs in the fourth inning to beat the Vikings (0-1).
Hereford 14, Pikesville 0: Right-handers Greg Fultz (1-0) and Jesse Ginsburg combined efforts to pitch a no-hitter for the host Bulls (1-0).

No. 2 Arundel 8, Old Mill 4: Right-hander Kayla Martinez (1-0) went seven innings, struck out 11 and gave up four walks, four runs and four hits to lead the host Wildcats (1-0). She went 1-for-4 with a triple.
No. 8 Howard 8, Centennial 0: Right-handers Kensey O'Neill (2-0) and Sami O'Connor combined on a two-hit shutout for the host Lions (2-0).
Bel Air 8, No. 13 Fallston 2: The host Bobcats (1-0) were led by Janai Sherrell with an inside-the-park grand slam to upset the Cougars (0-1).
No. 15 Hammond 7, Mount Hebron 6: Right-hander Samantha Speierman (1-0) went 3 2/3 innings and struck out seven for the win.
