Tim Burns scored 12 points and Tyler Hines grabbed 13 rebounds to lift the UMES men's basketball team over visiting Coppin State, 66-52, Saturday.
Hines also scored nine points for the Hawks (9-18, 7-6 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference), while Kevin White chipped in with 10 points.
UMES led 28-22 at halftime and opened the second half with a 14-2 run. A free throw by Burns gave the Hawks a 42-24 lead with 15:15 remaining in the game.
Sam Coleman scored 13 points to pace Coppin State (7-18, 2-10), while Reggins and Kareem Brown scored 10 points each.
Army 69, Navy 50: Cleveland Richard scored 15 points and Chris Walker added a season-high 14 and seven rebounds to lead host Black Knights (14-12, 4-8 Patriot League).
O.J. Avworo and Jordan Sugars scored 13 points each for the Midshipmen (13-14, 7-5).
Manhattan 78, Towson 62: Brandon Adams scored 18 points for the host Jaspers (10-17), who scored the game's first 20 points.
The Tigers (7-20) pulled within 29-18 on Isaiah Philmore's layup with 3:13 to go in the first half but didn't 't get any closer.
Mount St. Mary's 74, Bryant 45: Jeremy Goode scored 19 points and Shawn Atupem added 18 to lead the host Mount (13-14, 10-6 Northeast Conference) past the Bulldogs (1-27, 1-15).
Murray State 75, Morgan State 66: Ivan Aska scored 17 points and the host Racers (26-3) extended their winning streak to 17 games.
Murray State tied Butler for the nation's longest winning streak and set a school record for consecutive wins in their 18th straight home victory.
The Bears (20-9), who clinched the regular-season MEAC championship, led 33-30 at halftime, but the Racers opened the second half on a 12-3 run and cruised the rest of the way.
Reggie Holmes (St. Frances) paced the Bears with 22 points and eight rebounds.
Salisbury 70, Mary Washington 61: Greg Palmer scored 25 points on 10-for-15 shooting and the visiting Sea Gulls (13-11, 9-7) defeated the Eagles (9-14, 6-9) to clinch a spot in the Capital Athletic Conference tournament, which will begin Tuesday.
Washington College 72, Johns Hopkins 68: Andrew Chambers made a 3-pointer with 0.8 of a second left to lift the visiting Shoremen (13-9, 11-7 Centennial Conference) over the Blue Jays (12-13, 8-10).
WomenNavy 54, Army 48: A strong start and stingy defense at the end allowed the Midshipmen (7-5, 15-12) to hold on to sole possession of third place in the Patriot League.
Angela Myers led Navy with 16 points. The Black Knights fell to 10-16 and 4-8.
UMES 76, Coppin State 56: April McBride scored 34 points and Latoya Buckner had 20 to power the host Hawks (9-14, 6-7 MEAC) past the Eagles (9-15, 4-8).
Mount St. Mary's 56, Bryant 51: Cassie Cooke (Winters Mill) posted 14 points to lead the host Mount (10-16, 6-10 Northeast) past the Bulldogs (12-15, 9-7).
Morgan State 53, Delaware State 52: Erin Hawkins made a three-point shot with 4.2 seconds left to lift the visiting Bears (14-11, 9-3 MEAC) over the Hornets (5-21, 3-10).
