Blast drops fifth game in row; 25-10 loss is worst since March

Baltimore Sun

First-place Monterrey La RaZa scored 16 of the game's first 18 points and handed the visiting Blast its fifth consecutive Major Indoor Soccer League loss, 25-10. The setback was Baltimore's worst since a 19-4 drubbing at Monterrey in March. Shaun David led La RaZa (9-5) with four goals, and Robbie Aristodemo had two for the Blast (5-7). Monterrey's Angel Hernandez and Baltimore's Sagu were ejected in the fourth quarter for their parts in a post-goal altercation. They will be unavailable to play when La RaZa (9-5) and the Blast (5-7) meet Friday at 7:35 p.m. at 1st Mariner Arena.
