Learn to tie crystal buggers, EP baitfish, Patriot dry flies and black stoneflies. A kids tying demonstration also will be held.

HIKING Today Ranger-guided hike at Patapsco Valley State Park's Daniels area in Howard County. Two-hour hike begins at noon and will cover some semi-rough terrain. Bring water and wear hiking shoes.
