No. 8 Meade 72, Chesapeake-AA 37: Alissa Chambliss scored a game-high 22 points to power the visiting Mustangs (12-0) past the Cougars. Ashley Reid led Chesapeake-AA with 18 points.
No. 11 Arundel 80, South River 51: Guard Telen Watson led the Wildcats (10-2) with 15 points and three steals in the win over the visiting Seahawks. Center Sheronne Vails added 14 points, 14 rebounds and nine blocks for Arundel.
No. 12 Catonsville 61, Towson 32: Candace McCray and Zoey Whittington led all scorers with 14 points to lead the host Comets (11-1) past the Generals.
No. 15 Severn 65, Mount de Sales 48: Raven Owens had a 16-point 10-rebound double double in the Admiral's (12-1) win over the Sailors. Liz Harbeson led all scorers with 20 points.

No. 11 Lake Clifton 78, Ballou (D.C.) 75, OT: Josh Selby scored a game-high 44 points to lead the host Lakers (6-3) past the Knights.
No. 12 Annapolis 58, Severna Park 35: Delmar Howard had 19 points to power the visiting Panthers (10-1) past the Falcons (10-3). Joshvy Torres had 14 for the Falcons.
