Outlook: The Blast moved into a tie for first place with the Rockford Rampage after its 14-13 win at Monterrey on Sunday and will look to make it three straight tonight against the rival KiXX. For a second straight game, M Lucio Gonzaga scored three goals and the Blast buckled down on defense in the fourth quarter to prevail. The Blast earned a 19-8 home win over the KiXX in the teams' first meeting Nov. 21, holding Philadelphia scoreless for more than 26 minutes of the second half after building a big advantage in the second quarter. Gonzaga leads the Blast with 14 points, while F Machel Millwood ranks second with nine. The KiXX, who have yet to play a home game, have been up and down this month. After beating Rockford, 20-6, on Dec. 4, Philadelphia was routed by the Milwaukee Wave, 27-6, last weekend.
