Robert Olson scored 13 of his 15 points in the second half, including seven in a row, and visiting Loyola overcame a 15-point second-half deficit to defeat Fairfield, 66-63, Friday night.
The Stags (8-9, 3-3 Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference) took a 45-30 lead with 16:42 to play. Eight minutes later, a layup by Justin Drummond capped a 17-5 Greyhounds run that cut Fairfield's lead to 50-47.
The Stags built their lead back to nine, 58-49, but Loyola (12-4, 5-1) went on a 13-4 rally to tie the game at 62-62 on a 3 by Olson with 79 seconds left.
Fairfield went up one as Desmond Wade made one of two from the free-throw line, but Dylon Cormier (Cardinal Gibbons) gave Loyola its first lead since the first half with two free throws and a minute left.
Shane Walker and Anthony Winbush each made one of two at the line for the Greyhounds, and they did not allow Fairfield to score a point after Wade's free throw.
Juniata 67, Goucher 54: The host Gophers (3-11, 0-4 Capital Athletic Conference) failed to protect their lead in the second half and fell to the Eagles (12-3, 4-0).

Saint Peter's 68, Loyola 51: Miriam McKenzie scored 21 points, but they weren't enough as the host Greyhounds (5-11, 1-4 MAAC) fell to the Peahens (1-15, 1-4).
Loyola tied a team record with 18 steals, led by Kara Marshall's career-high seven.
Hood 80, Trinity 59: Emily Maerz made five 3-pointers and finished with a career-high 23 points to power the visiting Blazers (4-11) past the Tigers (6-2).
Juniata 79, Goucher 50: Shamell Huff came off the bench to score 15 points, but the host Gophers (3-11, 0-4 CAC) fell.
