Coaches: Andrew McMinn, Robert Morris; John Tillman, Maryland

Players to Watch: Jimmy Perkins, redshirt junior, attackman, Robert Morris; Connor Kelly, senior, midfielder, Maryland

Outlook: The Colonials' first trip to the NCAA tournament started strong with Wednesday's 12-6 victory at Canisius in the play-in game. Perkins led all scorers with four points (two goals, two assists) to raise his season total to 58. Junior goalkeeper Alex Heger, the program's all-time leader in saves, save percentage and wins, sat out the win because of a lower-body injury suffered Monday. Sophomore backup Chris Reynolds made six saves against the Golden Griffins, but Heger's absence could be significant. Kelly (40 goals, 33 assists) will pace the Terps with help from sophomore attackman Jared Bernhardt (33 goals, 14 assists) and redshirt freshman attackman Logan Wisnauskas (31 goals, 11 assists).
